Do I need a Facebook Business Manager?+
Yes — Facebook requires Pages to be linked to a Business Manager for API access. We guide you through it during Embedded Signup if you don't have one yet.
How does the comment-to-DM funnel work without violating Facebook policy?+
Facebook explicitly allows you to send a message to a user who comments on your post (within 7 days). We use that opt-in window to send the initial DM. Once they reply, the standard messaging window applies.
Can I broadcast to all my Page followers?+
Not directly — Facebook doesn't allow that for spam-prevention reasons. You can broadcast to people who've messaged you (within the 24-hour window) or use sponsored messages (paid). Our broadcast feature handles both, with the right policy enforcement.
What's the page-handover protocol?+
Meta's page-handover lets multiple apps work on the same Page. We use it so your AI can pass a conversation to a live human (or another tool like a CRM) without dropping context. The handover is logged in the audit trail.
