Yes. Google My Business was rebranded to Google Business Profile in 2022 — same product, new name. We integrate via the official Business Profile API.

Will this affect my Google ranking?+
Active engagement signals (responding to reviews, answering Q&A, posting regularly) are known to influence local pack ranking. Faster response time on GMB messages also matters. Our reports tab tracks these explicitly.
Can the AI respond to reviews automatically?+
By default the AI drafts the response and a human approves. You can flip the switch to fully automatic for 4-5 star reviews; we recommend keeping 1-3 stars under human control because the wording really matters there.
