Do you support the official WhatsApp Business API?+

Yes — we integrate directly with the Meta Cloud API (sometimes called WhatsApp Cloud API). We don't use unofficial / Web-scraping wrappers, so your account stays compliant and isn't at risk of suspension.

Can I bring my own WhatsApp Business number?+

Yes. You can BYO an existing WABA, or we'll guide you through Embedded Signup to provision a new one. The verified Display Name + green-tick application stays under your account.

What about the 24-hour service window?+

Our AI engine is conversation-aware. Inside the 24-hour window we send free-form replies; outside it, we either send an approved template (when configured) or queue the message and notify the agent. No lost messages, no policy violations.

Can I send broadcast / bulk messages?+

Yes — using approved WhatsApp templates and your opted-in audience. We respect Meta's pacing limits and surface per-recipient skip reasons (no consent, outside window, channel inactive) so you can fix issues quickly.
