Will my clients ever see your brand?+
No. The dashboard, the login page, the transactional emails — everything renders under your brand. The only place we exist is in the Terms of Service that the end-customer agrees to (which can also be private-labelled with your DPA on top).
How does pricing work for agencies?+
You buy a Scale-tier subscription (or Enterprise if your portfolio is large) at agency rates, and you set your own retail pricing for clients. We don't see your client billing; you keep 100% of the margin.
Can my clients log in directly?+
Yes — each client gets their own login at chat.your-agency.com (or whatever domain you choose), scoped to their data only. Their team works exactly like end-customers of any SaaS, except they never know NextAiBot exists.
Is the data really isolated between clients?+
Yes — at the database row level. Every query filters by tenant; cross-tenant access is impossible by construction. We've thought hard about this because it's what makes the white-label safe to sell to enterprises.
Can I customise the AI persona per client?+
Yes. Each client workspace has its own AI persona, FAQ knowledge base, fallback rules, and brand voice. The AI in client A's workspace can't see client B's data, ever.
What about API access for client-side integrations?+
Scale-tier includes the public API + webhooks. You can build custom dashboards on top, integrate with your CRM, or expose certain features to your clients with your own auth. We provide the SDK; you own the UX.
