What the Custom webhooks integration does
When none of the pre-built integrations fit, the custom webhook fires every platform event (new lead, new message, status change, payment success) to an HTTPS URL of your choice with HMAC-signed payloads. Your backend takes it from there.

Settings -> Integrations -> Webhooks -> add URL + pick events. We POST JSON with an X-Signature header for verification.

Custom webhooks is available on Growth and Agency White-label plans. Starter (single-channel) doesn't include third-party integrations -- you can upgrade in-app whenever you need them.
Do I pay extra for Custom webhooks?+
Our integration is free on the plans that include it. Whatever Custom webhooks themselves charge (API usage, transaction fees, subscription) is billed by Custom webhooks directly to your account -- we don't mark it up.
How long does setup take?+
