What the WhatsApp Calling API integration does
Meta's WhatsApp Calling API lets your agents accept inbound calls + initiate outbound calls + send call-permission requests via WhatsApp. We ingest call events (ringing, accepted, rejected, missed) into the inbox alongside messages so the customer's history is one timeline.
How it connects
Enable Calling on the WABA via the Meta Business Manager Calling tab; then enable it in our Channel Settings. The webhook subscription happens automatically when you connect via Embedded Signup.
