What the Anthropic Claude integration does

Anthropic's Claude models are the default for long-conversation summarisation and nuanced reply drafting. Use Claude when you need consistency across a 30-message thread or when the customer's question requires careful safety-tuned reasoning.

Is the Anthropic Claude integration available on every plan?+

Anthropic Claude is available on Growth and Agency White-label plans. Starter (single-channel) doesn't include third-party integrations -- you can upgrade in-app whenever you need them.

Do I pay extra for Anthropic Claude?+

Our integration is free on the plans that include it. Whatever Anthropic Claude themselves charge (API usage, transaction fees, subscription) is billed by Anthropic Claude directly to your account -- we don't mark it up.

How long does setup take?+

3 steps; about 10-15 minutes if you already have an Anthropic Claude account. The longest step is usually generating the API key on Anthropic Claude's side -- the connection itself on our side is one paste.

Can my clients use this on my white-label workspace?+

Yes. The integration sits inside the workspace, so when you provision a client they see the Anthropic Claude option in their Settings under your agency brand. Per-client credentials supported -- your client's Anthropic Claude key, not yours.

What if the Anthropic Claude integration doesn't cover my exact flow?+

Two options: (1) compose with Zapier / Make / n8n for one-off use cases without engineering work; (2) wire our custom webhook firehose to your own backend for complex flows. Both available on the same plans.

Is the integration production-ready?+

Yes -- Anthropic Claude is marked Live, which means it's shipped and in production with paying customers. Standard SLA applies.
