What the Razorpay integration does
Razorpay is the default payment processor for the platform. Agency plan billing routes through it; client subscription renewals route through it; and in-chat payment links your customer taps inside WhatsApp resolve to Razorpay's hosted checkout. UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets -- all the rails Indian buyers expect.
How it connects
Connect a Razorpay key + secret on the Settings page (per agency or per client). The platform calls Razorpay APIs to create payment links + subscriptions and listens for the post-payment webhook so we mark the lead / order paid in real time. Razorpay Route is also supported for agencies that need to split payments to multiple accounts.

Setup — in 4 steps
- 1Sign in to Razorpay Dashboard -> Settings -> API Keys. Generate a key for live or test.
- 2Paste the Key ID + Secret on our Settings -> Payment Providers screen.
- 3Add our webhook URL (shown on the same screen) to Razorpay -> Settings -> Webhooks with payment.captured + payment.failed + subscription events.
- 4Test mode first -- send a 1 INR payment link to your own number, walk through checkout, confirm we mark it paid.

Is the Razorpay integration available on every plan?+
Razorpay is available on Growth and Agency White-label plans. Starter (single-channel) doesn't include third-party integrations -- you can upgrade in-app whenever you need them.
Do I pay extra for Razorpay?+
Our integration is free on the plans that include it. Whatever Razorpay themselves charge (API usage, transaction fees, subscription) is billed by Razorpay directly to your account -- we don't mark it up.
How long does setup take?+
4 steps; about 10-15 minutes if you already have an Razorpay account. The longest step is usually generating the API key on Razorpay's side -- the connection itself on our side is one paste.
Can my clients use this on my white-label workspace?+
Yes. The integration sits inside the workspace, so when you provision a client they see the Razorpay option in their Settings under your agency brand. Per-client credentials supported -- your client's Razorpay key, not yours.
What if the Razorpay integration doesn't cover my exact flow?+
Two options: (1) compose with Zapier / Make / n8n for one-off use cases without engineering work; (2) wire our custom webhook firehose to your own backend for complex flows. Both available on the same plans.
Is the integration production-ready?+
Yes -- Razorpay is marked Live, which means it's shipped and in production with paying customers. Standard SLA applies.
