Zoho CRM integration pushes new WhatsApp leads + conversation summaries into your Zoho account. Two-way sync (Zoho contact -> WhatsApp message back) is in beta.
How it connects
Connect via Zoho's OAuth flow on the Integrations page. We use the standard Zoho CRM API + the OAuth refresh-token loop to push contact + deal + activity updates.

Is the Zoho CRM integration available on every plan?+
Zoho CRM is available on Growth and Agency White-label plans. Starter (single-channel) doesn't include third-party integrations -- you can upgrade in-app whenever you need them.
Do I pay extra for Zoho CRM?+
Our integration is free on the plans that include it. Whatever Zoho CRM themselves charge (API usage, transaction fees, subscription) is billed by Zoho CRM directly to your account -- we don't mark it up.
How long does setup take?+
4 steps; about 10-15 minutes if you already have an Zoho CRM account. The longest step is usually generating the API key on Zoho CRM's side -- the connection itself on our side is one paste.
Can my clients use this on my white-label workspace?+
Yes. The integration sits inside the workspace, so when you provision a client they see the Zoho CRM option in their Settings under your agency brand. Per-client credentials supported -- your client's Zoho CRM key, not yours.
What if the Zoho CRM integration doesn't cover my exact flow?+
Two options: (1) compose with Zapier / Make / n8n for one-off use cases without engineering work; (2) wire our custom webhook firehose to your own backend for complex flows. Both available on the same plans.
It's marked Beta -- is it safe to run in production?+
Beta means the core flow works but we're still tuning around the edges (error handling, retry policies, less-used auth scenarios). We'll hand-hold the setup and stay on call during go-live. If you find a rough edge, that's exactly the feedback we need; report it and we'll prioritise the fix.
